Secret Garden - Hidden Fairytales

The idea of a secret garden to me is a mysterious wonderland, filled with undiscovered creatures and an abundance of stunning flora & fauna. All of that, hidden behind a strange door. When opened, it leads you to this wonder-filled fantasyland. That were the ideas and inspirations I wanted to incorporate into my collection of patterns. I subdivided my collection into two sections. One section is about a forest, which is inhabited by elves and fairies. This forest is filled with flowering meadows, delicate butterflies, toadstools and mushrooms. The other section is about the ocean and the lakes in the garden. On the surface you can hear the serene singing of the tempting sirens, dragging anyone who gives in down into the depts of the sea, where ancient and mysterious sea creatures occupy the ocean floor. A variety of colorful seashells can be found on the shores, waiting for someone to pick them up.
